Horsemanship Camp Overview
Join us for four full days of hands-on horsemanship, where campers dive into every aspect of horse care and riding. Our comprehensive program includes education on equine anatomy—teeth, hooves, muscles, and bones—plus proper saddling and mounting techniques. Campers also learn essential knots and their uses, practice roping with dummies and ropes, and navigate a variety of fun and challenging obstacles.
Campers take full responsibility for their horse’s daily care, including feeding and stall cleaning, which fosters teamwork, responsibility, and a positive attitude. Most importantly, they’re having so much fun they don’t even realize how much they’re learning!
To help beat the heat, we offer a refreshing mid-day break in our above-ground pool.
No Horse? No Problem!
Campers are welcome to attend even if they don’t have a horse of their own.
